Terms of Use

1Who we are

Relaxio is an app that helps you find professional massage therapists and spas near you, book them, and relax. It is operated by JULUCLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, Nigeria (“we”, “us”).

2You must be 18 or over

Relaxio is for adults only. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. Before your first booking we ask for a quick face check to confirm you are a real adult; if we can’t, you won’t be able to book. We close accounts that belong to anyone younger.

3Your account

You sign in with your phone number, email address or Apple ID. Keep access to them safe — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Give accurate details, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

4What Relaxio does — and doesn’t

We connect you with therapists and spas. Therapists and spas are independent professionals, not our employees. We check therapists before they join (ID, qualifications and a skills review), but the massage itself is a service between you and them.

You pay your therapist or spa directly for the session. Your Relaxio plan pays for the app’s features, not for massages.

5Bookings and cancellations

A booking is a request until the therapist accepts it. You can cancel free of charge at any time before the session starts. Be ready at the time and address you chose, and share the session PIN only when your therapist has arrived. Repeated no-shows by either side can lead to suspension.

6Plans and payments

• Free lets you watch reels, listen to music and look at therapist and spa profiles. Booking and chatting need a plan.
• Plus and Gold are monthly plans. Bought in the app, they renew each month through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before renewal; refunds follow the store’s own rules.
• Bought with card or bank transfer on our web checkout (processed by Paystack), a plan covers one month and does not renew automatically. As the plan starts straight away, these payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise or we made a mistake.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future months; we tell you before a change affects you.

7House rules

Relaxio is for professional, therapeutic massage only. You agree not to:

• ask for, offer or hint at anything sexual;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
• post nudity, violence, hate, or anything illegal or misleading;
• pay or arrange bookings outside the app to avoid our safety tools;
• pretend to be someone else, or use someone else’s account;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.

Breaking these rules ends the session and can end the account, without refund. Where there is a risk to someone’s safety we may share information with the police.

8Health and safety

Massage therapists are not doctors, and massage is not a medical treatment. Use your health notes to tell your therapist about anything that matters — conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery — and check with a doctor if you are unsure. Either side may stop a session at any time if they feel unsafe or unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first, then use SOS in the app.

9What you post

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, reviews and messages you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and share them inside Relaxio and to promote Relaxio, for as long as they are on the app. You can delete them, and the licence ends when you do (copies already shared may take a short time to disappear). Only post what you have the right to post.

10Reporting and blocking

Every video, therapist and spa can be reported or blocked from the ⋯ menu. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and act against the people who posted it.

11Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or are used for fraud. We’ll tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.

12Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Relaxio safe and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what therapists, spas or other users do, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.

13Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If a change is important we’ll tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you book.

14Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We’d always rather sort out a problem with you directly first — contact us and we’ll reply within two working days.
