1What we collect

2How we use it

We don’t use your data for advertising, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.

3Who can see what

4Companies that help us

We use trusted providers who process data only on our instructions:

Some of these store data outside Nigeria; we choose providers with strong security and contracts that protect your data.

5Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Sign-in codes expire quickly, secret keys are encrypted, and access for our team is limited to the people who need it.

6How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your name, photo, face check photo, contact details, location and health notes straight away and sign you out everywhere. We keep booking and payment records — with your personal details removed — for as long as accounting and safety laws require, and records of serious safety reports for up to six years.

7Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (and similar laws where you live) you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Most of this you can do yourself in the app: edit your profile and health notes, turn off location in your phone settings, or delete your account in Profile → Settings. For anything else, contact the Help centre form. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8Adults only

Relaxio is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger and delete it if we find out.

9Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
